Box Set Cover

Received an email promoting a pre-order of a box set of two books.

To be frank, because of the ugly design of the box set I decided not to order it … really ugly! No design alumni could help on this??

Work?

I always expect the job should be safe if the company has no problem in making revenue, and I work hard for my duties, and my performance meet expectations from management and job duties ... I could not believe that unfair and unjustified terminations happened again and again, and not only happened in one department, like virus spreading away! People worked hard and be brilliant in capability and knowledge but being terminated because ... because of an unrealistic reason of personality problem?? He is so welcomed by all other colleagues because of his helpfulness and kindness, how come he has personality problem!? Does management know that such terminations did affected morale of others? No one consider his family and extended families are all rely on him?

Well ... is it I am too naive? Reality is something always far away from what supposed to be?
